Individual Counseling
For teens & adults
We offer counseling for married couples & intimate partnerships. Difficulty communicating, unrealistic expectations and loss of connection can all lead to anger, frustration and difficulty getting along. If you’re at a crossroads in your relationship, there is hope and healing available to you.
We help couples through infidelity recovery, trust issues, improving communication & conflict resolution skills, codependency, and decision making. Our approach is pro-marriage, hope-focused and faith-based.
Couples Therapy
Christ-Centered Yoga & Workshops
Movement, breathing, mindfulness & meditation exercises can activate the parasympathetic (relaxation) response in the nervous system. Yoga can be especially beneficial to individuals struggling with anxiety and/or trauma.

Please note that we are a group of out-of-network providers. If you have an HSA card, you are able to use it to cover the cost of your sessions. Upon request, we can provide you with a 'super bill' to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
We have recently partnered with a company called Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. To see if you qualify for reimbursement,
If you qualify, Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. They charge a 5% fee per claim and have helped people get thousands of dollars back per year.

Brittany Edie, LCPC, LPC offers clinical supervision for psychotherapists and counselors. Brittany serves as a Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists Approved Clinical Supervisor for Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors (LGPC).
Brittany has specialized training and has supervised developing counselors in the following areas of practice: Individual Counseling, Couples Therapy, Pre-Marital Counseling, Christian Counseling, Infidelity, Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management, Life Transitions, and Conflict Resolution.
SUPERVISION FEES
Clinical Supervision: $165 / 60 Minutes - $245 / 90 Minutes
