The holiday season can bring joy, but it can also be a time of stress, overwhelm, and emotional challenges. Join us for a rejuvenating & interactive workshop designed to help you navigate the holiday season with peace, balance, and well-being. You'll discover practical strategies for managing stress, nurturing relationships, and prioritizing self-care.

In this workshop, we’ll explore stress-relief techniques, healthy holiday eating, relationship wellness, faith & reflection. 

You’ll leave with practical tools, personalized wellness tips, and a sense of calm to carry you through the holidays.

As you leave you'll be given a Holiday De-Stress Survival Kit as our gift to you!

Join us for a unique prayer experience that combines gentle movement and the creative practice of Praying in Color. As we move through calming poses, we will prayerfully ask God to reveal the name He has called you by. Praying in Color helps quiet the mind, inviting us to listen more deeply to God's voice and to receive His message in a fresh, visual way.

In this workshop, we will provide psychoeducation on how God designed our bodies, anxiety, the effects of stress on the body, and the role of the autonomic nervous system. You’ll learn how to release tension and anxiety while restoring balance to the nervous system through breath-centered exercises, meditation, and gentle yoga postures. This session will cover both foundational concepts and practical techniques to help manage stress and anxiety in everyday life.
