Step outside, breathe deeply, and reconnect with God through the beauty of nature.
Once a month, we host a free community Mental Health Hike, open to women and families who want to enjoy gentle movement, fellowship, and the restorative benefits of being outdoors. These hikes support emotional regulation, reduce stress, and help participants slow down and experience God’s peace in creation.
Some of our community workshops and classes are held through our sister company, Graceful Balance Collective. Classes and workshops are for educational purposes only and attending one does not engage you in a therapeutic relationship. Workshops and classes are not a substitute for therapy.
