Our workshops and groups provide safe, faith-centered spaces to learn new skills, deepen your self-awareness, and strengthen your connection with God and others. Whether you’re seeking personal growth, emotional healing, or spiritual encouragement, we offer opportunities designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward with grace.

Christ-centered gatherings that nurture spiritual growth and community connection.

Led by our clinicians and ministry partners, these studies help women and families explore Scripture, grow in faith, and find peace and encouragement for everyday life.

Free Bible Studies

Hands-on, educational experiences that integrate mental, physical, and spiritual wellness.
Led by our team of licensed therapists and wellness practitioners, these sessions focus on topics such as stress reduction, emotional regulation, faith and mental health, holistic self-care, and more.

Workshops

Step outside, breathe deeply, and reconnect with God through the beauty of nature.
Once a month, we host a free community Mental Health Hike, open to women and families who want to enjoy gentle movement, fellowship, and the restorative benefits of being outdoors. These hikes support emotional regulation, reduce stress, and help participants slow down and experience God’s peace in creation.

Some of our community workshops and classes are held through our sister company, Graceful Balance Collective. Classes and workshops are for educational purposes only and attending one does not engage you in a therapeutic relationship. Workshops and classes are not a substitute for therapy.
